As SVP of Operations for Verint Americas, I had multimillion dollar operating and capital expense budgets to manage. Matt was my “go to” resource in Finance as he had the best combination of people skills, financial acumen, and most importantly working knowledge of the IT side of what we did. The best example of this was when Matt collaborated with our sales team and my operations management team to develop customer acquisition and usage forecasts. This was a sophisticated project and the output of this work enabled me, and my management team, to have a more accurate projection of customer usage and in turn have the ability to project changes to my CapEx and OpEx budgets.
